Who you are buying from. Benchline is the trading name of Simon Shorsher, a sole proprietor registered in Israel, at Haandarta 1, Be'er Sheva, Israel.

1. What you receive

A single PDF dossier covering three competitor domains that you name, of at least 18 pages, containing all six of the following sections:

  1. Technology stack — hosting, analytics, CMS, marketing and payment tooling that is publicly detectable, per competitor
  2. Paid search footprint — estimated keyword coverage and the themes running through their ad copy
  3. Organic search footprint — estimated top ranking terms, and content gaps nobody in the set is covering
  4. Hiring signals — publicly posted roles by function over the trailing 90 days
  5. Comparative table — all three competitors on the same measures, including where you sit
  6. Ten written observations — specific, evidenced and arguable

Every observation states the evidence it rests on. Where we could not establish something, the dossier says so in those words rather than filling the gap.

Estimates are labelled as estimates

Figures drawn from third-party estimation tools — paid and organic search in particular — are estimates, not measurements, and are labelled as such throughout. We would rather you trust the numbers you can act on than treat all of them equally. An estimate being wrong is not a defect under §4.

2. Intake

Three competitor domains, given at checkout. That is the entire intake: no call, no scoping document, no onboarding sequence.

The domains must be public websites of trading companies. We cannot research a domain that does not resolve, a company with no public web presence, or a private individual. If one of your three cannot be researched we will tell you within one business day and ask for a replacement; the clock in §3 pauses until you send it.

3. Turnaround

72 hours from the later of: payment clearing, or receipt of all three domains. Not three business days — 72 clock hours.

Delivery is a single PDF, by email, to the address on the order. If that address bounces we will retry once and then contact you at the address you paid from.

4. Corrections

One correction round, requested within 7 days of delivery, returned within 48 hours. A correction covers:

A correction is not a re-scope. Swapping a competitor after delivery, adding a fourth, or asking for analysis outside the six sections is a new order. Unused correction rounds are not refundable and do not convert to credit.

6. How this is made

Read this before ordering

Dossiers are researched and written by an automated AI system, from public sources and licensed third-party datasets. No analyst reviews your dossier before it is sent.

If you need human-authored research, or research you can attribute to a named analyst in a regulated filing, this is not the right product — and we would rather say so here than after you have paid.

We may change the underlying providers as the technology changes. What is guaranteed is the specification above, not the method used to produce it.

7. Your content

You keep everything you send us. You receive full commercial rights to the dossier delivered to you: use it internally, quote it, put it in a board pack. We retain the right to reuse the underlying public research and our own methods, which are not specific to you.

The dossier is not exclusive. Two customers naming the same three competitors will receive substantially similar research, and we do not undertake otherwise.

8. Payment

Paddle is the merchant of record for this site. Paddle is the legal seller of your order: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and collects and remits any VAT or sales tax due in your jurisdiction. Your card details never reach us. Paddle's terms apply to the payment itself, and ours to the deliverable.

$199, one payment. No account, no subscription, no renewal, nothing stored to charge again.

9. Business-to-business

Sold to businesses for business use. If you are purchasing as a private consumer rather than for a company, please do not purchase — these terms are drafted for a commercial counterparty.

10. EU and UK customers

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to you and cannot be excluded, it is not excluded by anything on this page. By ordering and asking for delivery inside the 72-hour window you agree that performance begins immediately; where the law permits, the right to withdraw ends once the dossier has been delivered.

11. Disputes

Contact hello@trybenchline.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond within one business day. A chargeback raised without prior contact will be contested with the delivery record and this specification.

12. Limitation of liability

The dossier is research, not advice. Decisions you take on the strength of it are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it — $199 — and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

The laws of the State of Israel, with the competent courts of Be'er Sheva having exclusive jurisdiction, save where a mandatory consumer-protection rule in your own country says otherwise.

14. Versions

The version in force when you paid is the one that governs your order. Material changes are published here with a new version string and effective date; the string appears under the title above and on every dossier we deliver.
